Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of pain, joint snapping, and/or joint noose 2. The knots suddenly stop ringing, followed by restricted mouth opening 3. When opening the mouth, the lower jaw is biased to the affected side 4. Determination of Wilkes stage III and IV unilateral temporomandibular joint disorder patients by CBCT or MR
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Within two weeks, those who have received other joint drug injections or invasive examination operators 2. Those who have partial chewing habits or severe bite interference 3. Allergies, pregnant women and lactating women 4. Patients with a clear diagnosis of rheumatism, rheumatoid, blood system diseases and other serious systemic lesions 5. Incomplete information
