18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Open heart surgery patients admitted to ICU after surgery with tracheal intubation; 3. After weaning off the ventilator, maintain oxygen saturation greater than 90% under oxygen inhalation and patients who can tolerate bronchoscopy; 4. Sign the informed consent form, and the process of obtaining the informed consent form complies with the requirements of relevant regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with preoperative infection, including lung infection, blood infection and other evidence of infection; 2. Patients who failed to withdraw the ventilator and needed tracheotomy; 3. Patients with contraindications for bronchoscopy; 4. Refusal to enter; 5. Those who quit during the study period.
