18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients planning to undergo total knee arthroplasty; (2) ASA grading I - III; (3) Age: 18-85 years old; (4) Gender: Both male and female; (5) Fully informed and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Concomitant severe liver and kidney dysfunction diseases; (2) Patients with allergies to local anesthetics, general anesthetics, and non steroidal antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory drugs; (3) Existence of unstable cardiovascular disease conditions, such as cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, and severe valve disease; (4) Mental and neurological diseases; (5) Other interference with test results.
