Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The age is between 18 and 65, regardless of sex. (2) Patients who meet the indications of thyroid nodule FNAB and voluntarily accept thyroid nodule FNAB. (3) No history of FNAB in thyroid nodules. (4) Voluntary music intervention during FNAB of thyroid nodules. (5) Sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) heart, brain, kidney, liver and other important organ dysfunction. (2) Complicated with systemic infection, immune dysfunction, severe abnormal coagulation system, etc. (3) Other clinical experimenters who are participating in the evaluation of the effect of this study. (4) Persons with mental disorder, mental retardation and hearing impairment are unable to complete the efficacy evaluation of this study. (5) In the past three months, there have been cases of using painkillers, anti-anxiety drugs and other related drugs for supplementary treatment.
