40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the freezing period of adhesive shoulder capsitis, aged 40-60 years old; Course of disease 3 months to 3 years; High compliance, understanding, agreeing to participate in the study and signing the informed notice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by rotator cuff tear, shoulder joint local fracture, osteoma and other diseases; Contraindications of platelet rich plasma injection or contraindications of release under general anesthesia; Pregnant or lactating women; Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Patients with low compliance who did not follow my team's treatment plan.
