General anesthesia tracheal intubation in elderly patients

Interventions

Group P:Propofol 1.6 mg/kg, the dosage of propofol administered to the next patient is determined by whether the previous patient experienced tracheal intubation reactions.
Group C:Cyclopol 0.3 mg/kg, the dosage of cyclopol administered to the next patient is determined by whether the previous patient experienced tracheal intubation reactions.

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =65 years, BMI of 18 - 20 kg/m2, ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HR=100 beats/min or SBP=160mmHg or MAP=120mmHg at rest after entering the room; Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; severe liver and kidney function injury; Allergy to related drugs; history of abuse of sedative or narcotic drugs; Keywords cognitive dysfunction; complex difficult airway indication; Tracheal intubation times>1 time.
