Group H 2(Ringer's solution AHH group):Ringer's solution 10 ml/kg for AHH
Group C (Control group):No hemodilution

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 90 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis and fracture ,ASAI-III, 65-80 years old, 60-80 kg , no obvious abnormality of heart, lung, liver and kidney function, no history of alcoholism and drug addiction,Hemoglobin (HB)=110g/L, hematocrit (HCT)=35% , platelet (PLT)= l00xl09/l, normal coagulation function; Sign the informed consent form voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, brain, vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypoalbuminemia, water-electrolyte imbalance, psychosis, neurological disorder and cognitive impairment, those who could not cooperate with the questionnaire, long-term or recent use of sedatives, allergy to any drugs in this study, and those who did not agree to participate in the study
