Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for acute upper respiratory tract infection in children; 2. Meet the TCM cold and wind fever identification standards , and fever, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, cough At least one of the redness, swelling and pain of the throat is moderate or above; 3. Aged < 18 years; 4. It has not developed into lower respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis, bronchiolitis, pneumonia, etc., and has not been diagnosed with new crown children with pneumonia and influenza; 5. Those who do not have skin lesions at the application site (skin lesions are defined as erythema, edema/papules, exudation/scabs, epidermal peeling,abnormalities such as lichenoidosis).
