Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hong Kong adults aged >= 18 years; 2. Provide informed consent and agree to participate; 3. Understand Chinese and Cantonese; 4. Screen positive for at least one PTSD symptom on a PTSD measure; 5. Have access to the Internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants do not provide a valid email address; 2. Participants self-report having a diagnosed reading disorder, dementia or intellectual disabilities; 3. Participants who have participated in the previous local studies which evaluated the same psychoeducation package.
