Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Western medicine diagnosis as "Lower respiratory tract infection", including: community-acquired pneumonia, AECOPD, acute exacerbation of bronchiectasis 2.Age =18 years old, gender is not limited 3.For the first time, the patients were treated with neoxacin injection for =3 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with community-acquired pneumonia were treated with other antibiotics 2.Combined with other respiratory diseases except community-acquired pneumonia attack period 3.There are any known diseases that seriously affect the immune system 4.Patients with severe diseases such as liver, kidney, tumor and blood system and mental diseases 5.The main evaluation index is missing 6.Cases of multiple hospitalizations and repeated use of neoxacin malate injection 7.The authors considered the cases not suitable for inclusion in this study
