Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: newly diagnosed or relapsed microscopic polyangitis or granulomatous polyangitis, diagnosed in accordance with the 2012 Chapel Hill meeting, with positive serum MPO-ANCA or PR3-ANCA 2: eGFR=30ml/min/1.73m^2 3: proteinuria>0.5g/g Cr (or 24-hour urine protein>0.5g) with hematuria positivity = 2+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, alveolar bleeding leading to respiratory failure, multiple mononeuritis, or central nervous system involvement 2: combined with other autoimmune diseases, tumors, and severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA III-IV level) 3: neutrophils<2 × 10 ^ 9/L 4: within 12 weeks prior to screening, treatment with cyclophosphamide, rituximab, or intravenous corticosteroids exceeding 3g or continuous oral corticosteroids of 10mg qd for more than 4 weeks 5: contraindications to primary treatment due to co infection (such as septic shock, active viral hepatitis, etc.) determined by researches
