Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis for the first time including types I (inflammatory infiltration), II (ulceration necrosis), III (granulation hyperplasia) and VI (lymph fistula); 2. Be conscious and fluent in speech, with compliance to the treatment; 3. Give voluntary, signed informed consent in accordance with institutional policies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose airway lesions had stabilized or had developed bronchomalacia 2.TBTB patients who were cured; 3. Patients who had contraindications to bronchoscopy; 4. Comorbidities of the cardiovascular, liver, renal and hematopoietic system, psychiatric disorders and other medical, psychosocial, or emotional conditions that adversely affect life quality; 5 Currently participation in other interventional clinical trials.
