Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis criteria for lumbar disc herniation were met, with lumbago, radicular pain, and lower limb numbness and weakness as the main manifestations, and the imaging was consistent with nerve localization; (2) Age 30~55 years old, gender is not limited, no complicated serious disease difficult to cooperate; (3) Have not performed any systematic lumbar core muscle exercise in the past 4 months; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) does not meet the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Patients with acute stage of lumbar disc herniation (within 3 weeks of onset); (3) Imaging findings indicate large disc herniation or herniation (the definition of large disc herniation is: on imaging data, the protruding disc tissue exceeds 1/2 of the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal as a giant herniation); (4) Cauda equina syndrome, with obvious neurological impairment, especially secondary defecation dysfunction; (5) Patients with other diseases who cannot complete the exercise of waist exercise and the whole test process, such as: those with unspecified spinal injury, severe osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, osteomyelitis, serious lung and brain diseases, hypertension, severe arrhythmia without effective treatment, and those who have difficulty in judging their own pain degree; (6) Those suffering from mental illness who are unable to cooperate; (7) Previous history of lumbar surgery; (8) Unwilling to accept the experiment. A subject meeting any of the above criteria is considered an excluded case.
