Interventions

Mini-program group:Mini program assisted intestinal preparation and examination queue before colonoscopy.
Control group:Patients receive oral and written health education for bowel preparation, and the electronic call system queues up patients during the same appointment period based on the reported time.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients undergoing painless colonoscopy at the endoscopy center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to use smartphones independently or with the help of family members; 2. Allergy to anesthetic drugs for painless endoscopy; 3. Serious major organ comorbidities (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) 4. Current pregnancy or breastfeeding
