Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with chronic consciousness disorders caused by cerebral hemorrhage are diagnosed in accordance with the Chinese Medical Association's "Consensus of Chinese Experts on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Consciousness Disorders" (Chinese Journal of Neuromedicine, 2020); (2) Diagnosed as VS or MCS according to the revised Coma Recovery Scale (CRS-R); (3) The course of the disease is 3-6 months, the first onset occurs, and the clinical symptoms are stable; (4) No obvious brain edema or severe brain atrophy; (5) 18 years = age = 70 years; (6) There is no skull defect, infection, bleeding point, or damage in the stimulation site; (7) The legal guardian agrees and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unclear diagnosis in pre screening assessment and fluctuating baseline assessment diagnosis; (2) There are contraindications to treatment such as pacemakers, skull repair surgery, metal brain implants, or nerve stimulators; (3) Patients taking sedative drugs and Na+or Ca2+channel blockers or NMDA receptor antagonists to avoid interaction with the assumed neuromodulatory effects of tDCS; (4) Those undergoing neuromodulation therapy such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation; (5) Previous history of epilepsy, mental illness, neurodegenerative diseases, or drug abuse or alcohol abuse; (6) Other diseases that cause consciousness disorders, such as severe acute infections, endocrine and metabolic disorders, brain occupying diseases, and water electrolyte balance disorders; (7) Patients with a tendency to experience recurrent cerebral hemorrhage; (8) There are factors that affect consciousness change (such as high or low blood sugar, electrolyte disorders, infections, etc.).
