Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Meets diagnostic criteria for TD; (2)Have stopped taking other medicines for psychiatric disorders for more than 3 months before starting treatment; (3)Voluntarily served as the subjects, and signed the consent by the guardians of the children, and informed consent was obtained from the children aged 8 years and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)TD caused by chorea, athetosis, Wilson 's disease, encephalitis and drug-induced disease; (2)Patients with mental illness; (3)Combined mental retardation; (4)Patients complicated with primary diseases of cardiovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
