Intervention:TEP intervention (T represents a time-banking-based social support network, E represents education, and P represents problem-solving skills training)
Control group:The control groups will receive usual care.

18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Family caregivers: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Have a primary school education or above; 3. Able to communicate and express agreement in Chinese; 4. Provide actual free assistance to families or individuals, and provide at least 14 hours of care to patients per week for the past three months. Patients with dementia: 1. Having a diagnosis of dementia; 27>=MMSE score>=18; 3. Living in the community.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Family caregivers or patients diagnosed with mental illness; 2. The patient resides in nursing institutions such as nursing homes.
