Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients are primary HCC; 2. The patient underwent dual energy CT enhanced scanning within one month before surgery; 3. The patient's clinical and pathological data is complete; 4. The patient did not undergo other HCC related treatments (such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, etc.) before surgery, and CT imaging diagnosis did not reveal any visible portal vein branch tumor thrombus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCC recurrence or metastasis; 2. Poor image quality (such as metal artifacts or large motion artifacts, etc.); 3. The patient refuses to sign the informed consent form.
