Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First stroke; ? Between 18 and 80 years old; ? There are typical clinical manifestations of dysphagia, such as reduced or disappeared pharyngeal reflex, loss of laryngeal power control, intonation or voice change, choking or coughing, etc. (4) The patient's vital signs were stable without serious complications; ? no obvious cognitive impairment, can cooperate with rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Implantable electronic devices (such as cardiac pacemakers) in the body or metal implants in the brain; ? Serious medical disease and unstable vital signs; ? epilepsy; ? recently used sedatives; ? Local skin lesions.
