Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy individuals aged 18 to 40 years old. 2.BMI between 18.5 and 25. 3.Stable body weight over the past three months, with changes less than ±3%. 4.Healthy lifestyle habits, regular eating, sleeping, and exercise patterns, and no special diets. 5.No habit of consuming yogurt, alcohol, or other beverages. 6.Non-smoker. 7.No dietary restrictions or special dietary conditions. 8.Able to provide informed consent independently. 9.Regular bowel movements with stable stool consistency for the past two weeks, without diarrhea. 10.Normal physiological indicators such as blood glucose and blood lipids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Use of various medications within the last 3 months that might affect energy metabolism. 2.Participants with impaired normal daily functional capacity and movement disorders. 3.Presence of clinically significant conditions requiring exclusion, including but not limited to neurological, cardiovascular, hematological and lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, immune system, kidney, liver, metabolic, or psychiatric disorders. 4.History of gastrointestinal surgery. 5.History of gastrointestinal disorders or antibiotic use within the last two weeks. 6.Habitual stress-induced diarrhea or constipation. 7.Pregnant or lactating females.
