Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Brain derived upper motor neuron damage such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, and cerebral palsy; 2. Disease duration: At least one month after onset of illness; 3. Gender: Male and female are not limited; Age: 18-80 years old. 4. Decreased upper limb muscle strength, motor disorders, and at least one positive sign of upper motor neuron syndrome (tendon hyperreflexia, spasms, coordinated movement, combined response, and enhanced flexion reflex); 5. Good understanding, able to provide informed consent, and able to cooperate with evaluations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hand joint trauma; 2. Other diseases that cause limited hand joint activity, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis; 3. Within one month, adjust the oral anti spasmodic drug treatment plan or inject botulinum toxin into the flexor digitorum within three months; 4. Emotional instability and inability to complete simple instructions.
