Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 surgical patients with perianal abscess. 2 between the ages of 18 and 70. 3 no serious basic disease, male or female. 4 participants voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 suffering from mental diseases, mental disorders, cardiovascular diseases, malignant tumors, etc. . 2 allergic constitution, abnormal function of liver and kidney, abnormal coagulation function, pregnant and lactating women, etc. . (3) severe underlying diseases such as diabetes with inflammatory bowel disease, tuberculosis and poorly controlled blood glucose. 4 patients who had been treated with antibiotics or oral probiotics 4 weeks before enrollment. 5 poor compliance, unable to complete the follow-up.
