Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of abnormal nucleus pulposus cells : ? A total of 20 patients with LDH aged 18-60 years needed surgical treatment. ? All patients were routinely examined by X-ray, CT and MRI before operation. ? intervertebral discs were graded into Grade VI and V by Pfirrmann grading method. Inclusion criteria of normal nucleus pulposus cells : ? Patients who need surgical treatment for spinal trauma, slip or scoliosis; ? Patients who voluntarily choose intervertebral implant fusion surgical procedure and have surgical indications; ? Age =45 years; ?The intervertebral discs were graded as Grade ? and ? by Pfirrmann grading method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for abnormal nucleus pulposus cells : No lower extremity neurological symptoms ( numbness, hypoesthesia or disappearance, decreased muscle strength, movement disorders, etc. ), no need for discectomy, spinal canal decompression cases. Exclusion criteria for normal nucleus pulposus cells : ?Those with abnormal blood routine, liver and kidney function, and coagulation function; ? pathological fractures due to tumor, tuberculosis, etc.
