Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke group ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of midbrain infarction/cerebral hemorrhage in the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage (2019); ? over 18 years old; ? First onset, hemiplegia, lower limb muscle strength grade III or above; ?Brunnstrom stage lower limb stage III or above, upper limb stage II or above; ? Can stand for 5 minutes without assistance; ?MMSE>17 points, can cooperate with the completion of cognitive and gait assessment. ? Informed consent. Parkinson's disease group ? Clinically confirmed PD in line with the 2015 clinical diagnostic criteria for MDS Parkinson's disease; Age =40 years old;? H-Y stage 2~4 during continuous administration; ? Primary Parkinson's disease; ? can stand for 5 minutes without assistance; ?MMSE>17 points, can cooperate with cognitive and gait assessment ? informed consent. Hydrocephalus disease group ? The patient had no obvious headache symptoms, and at least one of the triads of cognitive dysfunction, gait disturbance, and urinary incontinence; ? Head CT/MRI showed ventricle enlargement and frontal Angle ratio (Evans' index), that is, maximum frontal Angle width to transverse skull diameter =0.3; ? The cerebrospinal fluid pressure measured by lumbar puncture was less than 200mmH2O, and the biochemical and routine examinations of cerebrospinal fluid were all within the normal range; ? Adults over 18 years old; ? can stand for 5 minutes without assistance; ?MMSE>17 points, can cooperate with the completion of cognitive and gait assessment; ? Sign informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stroke group Exclusion criteria: ? unstable vital signs; ? Serious heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; ? Limb dysfunction before brain lesions; (4) Abnormal postural control caused by other reasons, such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases; (5) Severe cognitive impairment, major depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessments; Have metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants; Epilepsy or the use of drugs that affect cortical excitability Parkinson's disease group Exclusion criteria: ? unstable vital signs; ? Serious heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; ? Limb dysfunction before brain lesions; (4) Other causes of abnormal postural control, such as vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases; (5) Severe cognitive impairment, major depression, inability to cooperate with cognitive and balance assessments; Have metal implants, such as pacemakers or cochlear implants; ? Use drugs that affect cortical excitability. Hydrocephalus disease group Exclusion criteria: ? unstable vital signs; ? Serious heart, lung, kidney, liver and other organ diseases; ? Limb dysfunction before brain lesions; (4) Abnormal postural control caused by other reasons, such as cerebellar diseases, vestibular system diseases, visual abnormalities, auditory abnormalities, peripheral nerve and musculoskeletal diseases; ? Severe cognitive impairment, major depression, aphasia can not cooperate with cognitive and balance assessment;
