18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range of 18-75 years old. 2.Patients undergoing emergency laparotomy or laparoscopic examination, including gastrointestinal perforation, bleeding, obstruction, liver and spleen rupture, biliary infection, etc. 3.Classified as ASA grade III or IV. 4.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients entering the operating room with endotracheal intubation. 2.Combined with traumatic brain injury and/or cerebrovascular accident, chest injury, etc. 3.Shock or aspiration occurring before anesthesia induction. 4.Allergy or contraindication to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, or their components. 5.Other circumstances deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher. 6.Need for emergency induction or resuscitation upon entering the operating room.
