Chronic nonspecific low back pain

Interventions

Spiral stabilization training group:Control group based on health education, at a time, three times a week for six weeks, 30 minutes spiral stable training
The Mackenzie team:On the basis of health education, the control group was treated with Mackenzie therapy for 30 minutes three times a week for six weeks
Control group:The health education included three sessions: therapist lecture, participant question and discussion, once every two weeks for 6 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with non-specific low back pain; ? Low back pain lasted for at least 3 months, and visual analogue scale pain score =3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Neuromuscular disorders; (2) spinal or other joint deformities: (3) pregnant women; ? body mass index > 30; ? taking various drugs or other related treatments that may affect the experimental results; ? Unable to cooperate with the study.
