Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) positive forward flexion test, trunk rotation =5°, and trunk rotation =5° after spinal movement test; 2. Did not receive any rehabilitation treatment within one month; 3. Actively cooperate with training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal segment with a history of trauma or surgery; 2. Severe scoliosis (trunk rotation =10° after spine exercise test) requiring surgery; 3. Unable to complete the training movement due to injury; 4. Severe cardiovascular disease
