Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For critically ill patients over the age of 18 who have been transferred to our department, they should have at least some time to partially or fully cooperate with the instructions during the research process, and the Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) score should be = -3 points. During the evaluation, the transfer time to the ICU is less than 48 hours, and the expected stay time in the ICU is more than 24 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: After transfer, vital signs are extremely unstable or due to local surgery, it is assessed that any rehabilitation treatment, including passive and active training, is not appropriate while in the ICU
