20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pacemaker implantation due to sick sinus syndrome or atrioventricular block (2) life expectancy =3 years (3) actual age =18 years old (4) PPM has the function of atrial sensing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unable to follow up regularly (2) All the required data after admission could not be obtained (3) persistent atrial fibrillation
