Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hosphospitalized children with suspected infection under 2 months; and the guardians voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) incomplete information; (2) refusal to join; (3) serious disease unable to complete; (4) the failure to transfer to hospital.(5) a family history of hearing impairment and the application of ototoxic drugs.
