14 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 14-75 years; 2. The diagnosis is ureteral stricture; 3. Benign stricture; 4. Location: proximal and middle ureteral stricture; 5. The patient has the indication to undergo the surgery: flank pain, ureteral obstruction and the deterioration of renal function; 6. The ureteroureterostomy, pyeloplasty and ureterocalycostomy cant be performed; 7. The patient is voluntary to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient cant tolerate the anesthesia and surgery; 2. No indications for surgery; 3. Previous failure of lingual or buccal graft ureteroplasty; 4. Concomitant surgeries; 5. Autoimmune diseases; 6. Oral mucosal diseases, such as Behcet's disease; 7. The patient who refuse to continue to participate in the study.
