18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years, gender is not limited; 2.The ASA I ~ II grade; 3.Sign an informed consent form with the patient before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; 2. Patients with acute or chronic pain before surgery and had taken analgesics within 48 hours; 3. Have organic congenital heart disease, arrhythmia or hypertension; 4. Severe lung disease in the past month; 5. Preoperative language communication and cognitive impairment, sleep problems; 6. Previous history of severe mental or neurological diseases, drug or psychotropic drug abuse, long-term use of steroids and hormone drugs; 7. Recent history of major surgery, severe visual and hearing impairment.
