Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2022, to August 25, 2023, patients diagnosed with adult or adolescent types SMA and underwent ultrasound-guided intrathecal injection of nusinersen at our hospital."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SMA patients received intrathecal Nusinersen injection guided by a technique other than ultrasound.
