18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 2 weeks from injury to surgery 2. Between 18 and 60 years of age
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. early Achilles tendon disease 2. history of steroid injections into the Achilles tendon (within 6 months) 3. history of quinolone antibiotic use (within 2 years) 4. patients with previous lower limb surgery 5. contralateral limb Achilles tendon rupture 6. pregnant women 7. skin problems in the Achilles tendon region 8. peripheral vascular disease 9. patients with cognitive impairment 10. open rupture of the Achilles tendon 11. those who cannot participate in the trial due to objective reasons
