Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : (1) HIV diagnosis ; (2) age = 18 years old ;(3) can carry out effective communication and text reading ;(4) Will use WeChat public number, small program and other functions. (5) cART treatment has been started ; (6) Baseline measurement meets poor disease management ( that is, one of the following conditions can be met : a. there is negative emotion ; b. self-stigma / discrimination symptoms ; c.cART compliance is less than 90 % ; d. Unreasonable diet or exercise ; e. Having sleep problems; (7)Signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : (1)combined with tumor ; (2) acute stage of opportunistic infection ; (3) No smart phone ; (4 )current pregnancy ; (5) Participating other interventional studies.
