Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer, aged 60 to 80 years, ASA grades II to III, BMI 18 to 28 kg/m2, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to opioid, amide local anesthetics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. Long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs; 3. Definitive diagnosis of coronary heart disease; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver, brain and kidney diseases; 5. History of alcohol and drug abuse;
