Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: National cyclists aged of 18 to 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia, circulatory disorders, Raynaud's phenomenon (finger swelling), cold sensitivity, and any chronic diseases, peripheral neuropathy, skin injuries (open wounds, infections, psoriasis, tattoos, hematomas), previous fractures, previous surgical procedures in the treatment area (within the past year).
