Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General information of the subjects: the age of the patients was 0-18 years old, and the gender was not limited. 2. Related to target physiological and pathological states: epilepsy, epilepsy syndromes and related comorbidities, according to the International League Against Epilepsy Diagnostic and Classification criteria 2022 edition. Epilepsy diagnosis: clinical manifestations of seizures, including seizure performance, transient brain dysfunction such as convulsions, chronic, repeated, stereotyped characteristics, with onset and termination, and evidence of ictal and interictal epileptiform discharges on electroencephalogram. Time span: more than 2 years of medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The medical records are not complete enough to meet the needs of diagnosis, treatment and dynamic changes; 2. The diagnosis is unclear.
