Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with T2DM; Age: 60-80 years; have a mobile phone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Plan to move outside the city; Severe physical or neuropsychological health problems that were not primarily responsible for their own care, would interfere with participation; Participation in another research study
