Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All ALS patients met the revised E1 Escorial diagnostic criteria for clinically confirmed or probable ALS; 2, understand the whole process of the test, voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent, provided by or legally authorized representatives. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls ? Match gender, age, and ALS group patients; ? Understand the entire process of the experiment, voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form, provided by a legally authorized representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, severe liver and kidney function damage (ALT, AST, TBiL, Cr more than 50% of the upper limit of normal); 2. Combined with malignant tumor, or history of malignant tumor; 3, complicated with cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, dementia, intracranial space and other neurological diseases; 4, suffering from diarrhea, diabetes, ulcerative colitis, intestinal stress syndrome, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases; 5. Received chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery; 6, 3-6 months before the sampling, antibiotics, steroid hormones, Chinese herbs (including oral, intramuscular or intravenous injection) or probiotics (such as yogurt), etc.
