Conditions

chronic kidney disease

Interventions

Group P:I: E=1:2, FiO2=50%, respiratory parameters were adjusted based on PETCO2 and PaCO2 and pH in arterial blood gas analysis. During surgery, PaCO2 was allowed to gradually rise to PaCO2 46-55 mmH
Group C:Tidal volume is 6-8 mL/kg, I: E=1:2, FiO2=50%, respiratory rate is 12-15 times/min, and PaCO2 is maintained at 35-45 mmHg
