Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who had been diagnosed as having knee arthritis ;have an elective admission for primary, unilateral, TKA surgery;they are adults (aged >18 years) ;get informed consent or ability to complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who will undergo TKA again in 1 month;have major postoperative complications
