Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of premature ovarian insufficiency and TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria; (2) Age range 20-39 years old; (3) Sign informed consent and participate in this study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other diseases affecting reproductive endocrine; (2) Patients with known or suspected precancerous lesions, malignant tumors and embolic diseases; (3) Patients with severe renal and liver insufficiency; (4) Patients who are allergic or severely allergic to the treatment of this study; (5) In the last three months, have taken drugs that affect the test results, such as birth control pills, ovulation induction drugs, glucocorticoids, etc.; (6) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental diseases.
