Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 to 54 years old, men and women are not limited. (2) Tuberculosis was diagnosed according to the ' Tuberculosis Classification Standard ' (WS196-2017) and the ' Tuberculosis Diagnostic Standard ' (WS288-2017). According to CT and other imaging results, it was determined as pulmonary tuberculosis structural lung disease, including fibrous cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis and tuberculous destroyed lung. (3) Agree to standardize anti-tuberculosis treatment under the guidance of doctors and sign informed consent for rehabilitation. (4) The data of the subjects were approved by the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with pneumothorax. (2) Patients with poor compliance such as mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction who could not cooperate. (3) in pregnancy or lactation. (4) HIV positive. (5) Patients who were transferred or lost during the follow-up period. (6) Incomplete clinical data. (7) Poor compliance.
