Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? = 18 years old; ? The expected hospitalization time in the ICU exceeds 3 days; ? Patients in need of pain relief

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The puncture site is infected with Analgesic or local anesthesia Drug allergy; ? Alcohol abuse, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Push C-grade); ? Suffering from primary neuromuscular diseases; ? Pregnancy or lactation; ? Obesity (body mass index>35); ? Cardiovascular instability; ? Participated in other clinical trials
