18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Parkinson's disease: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of the brain bank of Parkinson's Disease Society UK for primary PD; (2) No pathological signs or degenerative changes were found in the nervous system;(3) no mental illness or mental impairment; (4) Patients undergoing deep brain stimulation. Control: Patients undergoing surgical treatment for functional diseases (hemifacial spasm, trigeminal neuralgia, glossopharyngeal neuralgia, Major syndrome)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) belongs to Parkinson's syndrome or various secondary Parkinson's disease; (2) There are obvious medical co-existing diseases that affect the operation or the survival period of the patient; (3) Chronic disease and expected life expectancy of less than 1 year; (4) Parkinson's disease patients with relatively severe dementia and psychiatric symptoms; (5)Severe brain atrophy or other organic brain lesions
