healthy eating during pregnancy

Interventions

control group:Pregnant women who are randomly assigned to the control group will receive standard antenatal care that aligns with the practices commonly followed for Chinese pregnant women.
intervention group:In addition to the routine check-up schedule, will receive a comprehensive dietary intervention program.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) 35 years old = age = 18 years old. b) 18kg/m2<BMI<24kg/m2 before pregnancy. c) Single pregnancy. d) Primipara. e) Gestational week <12 weeks. f) Ability to use WeChat app. g) The household includes at least one person other than the pregnant woman who serves as a cook.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, lung disease, and severe gastrointestinal disease. b) In vitro fertilization (IVF) pregnancy. c) History of eating disorders or bariatric surgery. d) Serious mental illness; history of mood and anxiety disorders in the last three months. e) Drug abuse. f) Threat of abortion. Withdrawal criteria a) Withdrawal from the trial for various reasons after informed consent and treatment assignment but before treatment initiation b) Withdrawal from the trial for any reason after starting the assigned treatment c) Started assigned treatment but failed to adhere to the treatment plan (absent 2+ intervention topics) d) Change to an alternative treatment in place of that prescribed initially and in compliance with the treatment plan e) Completed the treatment plan but withdrew from the trial for various reasons before the post-test.
