Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) Meet the SLE classification standard recommended by ACR in 1997 or the SLICC classification criteria in 2012; 3) The patient was informed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with current infection 2) Pregnant or lactating women
