Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Imaging studies confirmed the existence of common bile duct stones. 2: The size of the common bile duct stone ranged from 1.2 to 2.5 cm. 3: The diameter of the common bile duct ranged from 1.2 to 3.0 cm. 4: Signed an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Concurrent with severe organic diseases affecting coagulation function, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, or neurological conditions. 2: Concurrent with severe mental disorders. 3: Patients who have previously undergone sphincterotomy of the papilla. 4: Patients who have previously undergone cholecystectomy. 5: Patients unable to comply with the requirements of this study. 6: Patients deemed ineligible for inclusion in the study based on the surgeon’s assessment of their medical condition.
