Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?birth gestation = 34weeks; ? admitted in 24 hours after birth; ?birth weight >1000 g; ?tube feeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals suffering from congenital diseases such as severe cleft lip and palate, oral tumors, and other conditions that prevent them from being fed orally, as well as those with congenital hereditary metabolic disorders, cyanotic congenital heart disease, congenital gastrointestinal malformations, etc. ? Individuals with congenital gastrointestinal diseases who have undergone surgical treatment. ? Individuals with a history of severe asphyxia, intracranial hemorrhage, or hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
